The Dave Brubeck Quartet, live in Belgium and Germany (Complete Registration)

Dave Brubeck boasts two beautifully filmed concerts from one of the most beloved quartets in jazz history. Captured at the pinnacle of their power and popularity, Paul Desmond, Joe Morello, Eugene Wright and Dave Brubeck explore the trails they blazed into the realm of odd time signatures with ‘Forty Days’ (my personal favorite) and two versions of their groundbreaking hit ‘Take Five’, as well as forays into world music with two unique interpretations of ‘Koto Song’. Their intimate onstage chemistry and impeccable musicianship made the Dave Brubeck Quartet an award-winning jazz supergroup.

Filmed in Belgium on October 10th 1964, and Germany on November 6th, 1966

Dave Brubeck Quartet - Live

Dave Brubeck - Piano
Paul Desmond - Alto Saxophone
Eugene Wright - Bass
Joe Morello - Drums

Me: Can I use the bathroom? Teacher: I don’t know, can you? Me: When I was using “can” I was using its secondary model form as a verbal modifier asking for permission, as opposed to expressing an ability. I thought since you were a teacher you’d know that. My bad. MAY I use the restroom?

Welcome to Industry Kids.
This blog is dedicated to the music industry and the kids who want to be a part of it - but aren’t sure where to start. We are here to help answer your questions and guide you through the business, as well as have others share their knowledge.
People are continuously asking me questions regarding my internship/job as well as other music business related things. I am more than willing to help you guys, but I’ve always wanted to create a blog solely for this purpose. Thanks to the amazing support of my boss, I bring you Industry Kids.
What we want to do is basically help anyone out who wants to be a part of the music industry but isn’t sure where to make their first steps. Please feel free to ask questions in relation to any of the topics, whether they are listed or not, and we’ll answer them as best we can. This is the first time anybody besides my boss or myself has seen this blog, so please bare with us for the primary phase of this project - we want to fill up the queue so we can start filling up the page!
Thank you so much for all your help, I’m so excited to see this start to come together!
